Mandatory Reporting

The Regulated Health Professions Act requires that regulated health professionals and the operators of some facilities report sexual abuse by a regulated health professional to the College of the health professional.  The Act also requires anyone who terminates the employment or revokes, suspends or imposes restrictions on the member of a health regulatory College, for reasons of professional misconduct, incompetence or incapacity, to report any such action to the College.
