Discipline Process

Allegations of Professional Misconduct or Incompetence against a member may be referred to the Discipline Committee by the Complaints or Executive Committee. Based upon the evidence presented to it, the Committee may find the member to have committed Professional Misconduct or to be Incompetent and make orders which are in the public interest.
