By-laws - Complete Set
Under the authority of the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 subsection 94.(1), the Council of the College of Psychologists of Ontario may make by-laws related to the administrative and internal affairs of the College. The following by-laws have been made under this section. The most recent revision was approved by the Council of the College on March 27, 2009 with revisions in June, 2009, September 2010, July 2011 and June 2012. In order to ensure consistency with the Records Management Policy, small housekeeping revisions were made, in September 2009, to five by-laws to reflect the College's definition of "records" and this use of this term over the previous use of the term "document".
