By-laws - Complete Set
Under the authority of the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 subsection 94.(1), the Council of the College of Psychologists of Ontario may make by-laws related to the administrative and internal affairs of the College. The following by-laws have been made under this section. The most recent revision was approved by the Council of the College on March 27, 2009 with a minor revision on June 19, 2009. In order to ensure consistency with the Records Management Policy, small housekeeping revisions were made, on September 25, 2007, to five by-laws to reflect the College's definition of "records" and this use of this term over the previous use of the term "document".
